Contact MEDIHOMEAID with your proof of purchase, product details, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the fault.

Device inspection and assessment
Our team will review the evidence and may request that you return the device for physical inspection if necessary.

Warranty eligibility confirmed
If the fault is determined to be a covered manufacturing defect, your claim will be approved for one-to-one replacement under the warranty terms.

Receive your replacement
Once approved, we will arrange the replacement and inform you of the delivery process and any applicable logistics arrangements.
Coverage

What Is Covered?

Covered Under Warranty
  • Manufacturing defects affecting normal device operation.
  • Defective components caused by manufacturing or assembly faults.
  • Covered product failures arising during the applicable warranty period (3 or 5 years, depending on product).
  • Electronic components (e.g. circuit boards, sensors, batteries) are covered for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.
Generally Not Covered
  • Accidental damage, drops, or physical impact.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or failure to follow instructions.
  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering.
  • Lost accessories and normal wear of consumable parts.

These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude faults that must legally be remedied.
